diffrence between JUCO Umpire and NCAA

are there any major differences with JUCO and NCAA i mean the mechainics are the same but why not use a three man system JUCO Baseball that seems to work better than two i can understand why HS would use two with the exception of HS tell me what you guys think about this question that i have it really puzzles me

I'm not a college level umpire yet but will give my $0.02. The speed of the game and playing ability is tremendous b/t the 2 levels - ASSuming from the ability to give scholarships in D-I. Also, I believe D-I will work 2 man crew for non-confrence games. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm pretty sure that all D-1 games require 3-man; even D-II games in my area are 3-man.
