Week nights they are dbl headers 6 and 8 (1:45 time limit) and weekends there are 7 slots possible. Starting at 8:00 am and finishing at 10:00 pm. I usually will do 4 - 6 on a Sat. Though once I got really crazy and did 7. But that was only once. Since there is a time limit and run rules sometimes we get lucky and have a short mercy rule game so that helps. With the association providing food and drinks all day long and getting $45 per game, it makes it a little easier to take. Eyes on the goal! Take it one game at a time.

Was just wondering how many games you guys do in a typical season. Here in St Louis I was able to squeeze in about 240 games from April thru the end of Sept (Regular season and Fall Ball). And that was with time off for an 8 day vacation and a fair amount of rainouts.

This happened a few years ago and I don't remember what was the final consensus of opinions. (another board not here) BR swings with his entire back foot out of the batter's box. There is Catchers interference on the swing. (he makes contact with the ball) So what do we have? The BR is out for illegal contact or he gets 1st for Catchers Int? Thanks

1st game of the season last year. (10u) Pitcher is warming up and I tell the catcher to throw it down. Next pitch comes in and he throws it back to the pitcher. I tell the catcher again to throw it down on the NEXT pitch. Pitch comes in and he throws it back to the pitcher. I look right at the catcher and tell him to "throw it down on the next pitch" Pitch comes in and he throws it onto the ground back to the pitcher. Coach yells out "Bobby, what are you doing?" Bobby yells back "He told me to throw it down" Coach just shakes his head in wonderment. Must of been a new catcher. A real new catcher. Fun start to the beginning of the season.
