Been umpiring off and on for about 10 years.... Just got back into it seriously in the past year or so.
I do HS Summer Ball, Little League and Travel Ball. Really enjoying the message board here and look forward to sharing stories and of course learning.

What part of Arizona are you from? Another umpire and I will be in Phoenix during the month of October to work the NABA and MSBL World Series.

Oh okay. I think we are planning on staying somewhere near Tempe since that is where most of the games will be played? Any suggestions on hotels or restaurants?

We will be working the NABA and MSBL World Series tournaments. I believe they are both headquartered at Tempe Diablo Stadium.

Tempe Diablo is right on the freeway between Tempe/Phx... Easy access from anywhere. Depending on your budget, the options are limitless!
