Lindsay Posted Monday at 06:45 AM Report Posted Monday at 06:45 AM 1B Umpire Todd Tichenor ejected Yankees 2B Jazz Chisholm (check swing strike three call by HP Umpire Adam Hamari) in the top of the 6th inning of the #Yankees-#RedSox game. With two out and none on, Yankees batter Chisholm attempted to check his swing on a 2-2 curveball from Red Sox pitcher Sonny Gray, ruled a swinging strike by HP Umpire Hamari. At the time of the ejection, the Red Sox were leading, 2-0. The Red Sox ultimately won the contest, 5-4, in 10 innings.This is Todd Tichenor (13)'s 1st ejection of 2026.This is the 55th ejection report of the 2026 MLB regular season.This is the 15th player ejection of 2026.
