Mr. TOMUIC, I can't help you with your question. I did some searching and came up empty. But I did pose this question in a new thread in the UmpAttire forum. The owner Jim Kirk ordinarily sells the manuals on his website but I couldn't find any currently for sale. I asked him to update us about the availability of these books.

So keep an eye on the Ump-Attire.com forum. If anyone knows anything about the strange disappearance of these books, it would be him.

Thank you Senor  Azul, I had been in touch with umpire Attire and they said the books would be in at the end of May. Obviously that wasn’t the case. Thank you for checking

I also emailed MLBUmpireCamps.  They stated "at this point, we do not have the Umpire Manual for sale".
