It’s explained in the video…ncaa and below, it’s where bat goes, in OBR (mlb at least), it’s “did he strike at the pitch”?

to me, I don’t have a strike at the pitch.  Yes his bat is flailing, but he’s not even looking bc he’s trying to avoid a 95mph missile

that was my point .... I wasn't very clear, but that is what I was getting at ;)
