I've come across a first generation F3 umpire helmet that's in near new condition. It doesn't fit my noggin too well, but I haven't tried tweaking it yet.

Now this rig is heavy. I mean it weighs a TON.

Q's: have anyone here tried one of these, and compared to the newer versions? Does moving the pads around make it wearable?
