I'm reading through the original 22-page lawsuit (which I probably did back in 2017, but didn't remember).

When they mention ball/strike accuracy, that only includes callable pitches correct (i.e., nothing fouled off, put in play, swung at, HBP, etc.)? I also assume it includes ALL callable pitches, not just the close ones.

Does anyone have a rough estimate of the number of callable pitches made in an MLB game?

So 96% is missing 6 pitches a game, and 92% is 12 pitches a game. Puts it in a slightly different perspective.
