Mechanics Training for LL or Youth

I've recently been asked to evaluate and train the high school kids that umpire the 7-11 yr olds in our small town rec league.

They play under Dixie Baseball rules, and the kids can't lead off. 

When I agreed to do it, it never occurred to me that I have absolutely ZERO knowledge of mechanics where base umpire starts every play BEHIND the infielders.

Who out there can recommend a good resource?...print or on-line.

Google 60 ft base mechanics. There should be plenty out there. It is basically softball mechanics.

Thanks, basejester. I don't umpire a lot of little kid ball, but for the games I do work, this is helpful, despite some micromanaging early on in the treatise.
