Didn"t Touch Home

Runner on first.  Two outs.  Batter hits home run over the fence.  First runner doesn't touch home.  Batter-runner touches all bases.  Defense appeals that first runner didn't touch home. Umpire calls first runner out.  Does home run count?

 If a runner who is declared out on appeal for failing to touch a base is the third out, following runners may not score.

The home run "counts" as a hit in the scorebook, but no runs will score in this case. Same ruling in all codes.
