Don't know if I need to post this in rules or War Stories.  I have a 15U dbl header on Monday at a league I haven't been to in a while.  So I go to their website to see how the good board members have decided to change their local rules since the last time I was there.  At the top of their rules page for the 15U level, it says their particular brand of baseball is played under Pony, FED and Babe Ruth.  Then a few bullet points down it states that the rules should be followed in order of local, Pony, High School, then Major League.

Because of course, if their local rules don't cover it, the Pony book will.  But forget that part in the Pony book that says follow OBR rules.  Because then we follow FED.  But you know, they forgot to write a few chapters in the FED book.  So anything that isn't covered in that, we will go back to OBR

I am seriously tempted to write them before the game as ask them if they have any clue as to what they are doing.

But anyway, back to my situation.  Any ideas on how you would handle the plate meeting?  I assume we are going to play PONY rules.

Just call the game - I am guessing that the coaches won't have a clue. Common sense can go a long way.
