I do the mirror all the time and even some video.  My father was kind enough to come over and pelt me with baseballs while I practiced not flinching and calling strikes.  It humored him and I learned a lot from the 20 minutes of video I shot.

Worked on some plate stance, called strikes, called K3's, out's, safe's, time's, pointing the ball in play, foul tip's, off the bag's, bobbles, on the transfer's, he's on the bag's, that's obstruction/interference's and yes he did's/no he did not's tonight myself.

 

I was clothed.  Maybe tomorrow I'll practice naked.

 

No animals were harmed as a result of my actions either.
