Does the run count?

Bases are loaded with two outs. Batter hits a pop up in the infield. The ball is misjudged and drops. Runner on 3rd runs the runner on 2nd doesn't run when the ball is hit. An alert SS picks up ball and by now the runner on 2nd is running. SS tags her before she reaches 3rd. However the runner on 3rd has score by then. Does this run count? I wasn't sure as it is an force out situation even if she tagged her. Please help with actual rule. Thank you!

She is forced to run, so it is a force out and the run does not score.
