TW pads with WV A3815 mask?

Guys, I know this may seem like a rookie question, but I'm having a time adjusting my mask with these new TW pads! :-(

 

The mask doesn't seem to "hang" properly like with my old Wilson pads. Any advise as to where the side harness straps would make a difference? . . . Upper or lower area of the ear piece?

straps usually wrap around the upper part of the ear piece.  Most guys will ask you to post pics here so we can have a better look at your struggles and how to fix them.

The TW's do fit differently than the WIlson wrap-arounds (these are the pads I used before I switched to TW's).  While you are at home, make small adjustments to the straps one at a time to see what "feels" right to you.  Trying to make these adjustments on the field between innings is often a rushed process, but more importantly it is taking your eyes off of the field (yes we still have responsibilities between innings).

 

I've never had a mask which took me more than 5 minutes to get adjusted to my liking.  I wouldn't expect it to take any longer for anyone else.
