Is the Navy ump attire shirt a true 3x or is it sized up for the plate?

I wear a 5X or 6X and have found the +POS shirts somewhat smaler that the size listed on the tab.

VA ump is correct- they fit like one size down.

I have a never used 4X L/S Smitty in black, if somebody is interested.

I would say a true size.  It was a little too snug for me with my CP on (unlike most 3Xs), that's why I'm selling it.
