First off Jocko I'd love to meet for a beer.  Let me know when you'll be here and where your staying and I'll be able to pick a good convenient watering hole.

 

Secondly I moved here two years ago and I love it.  I came from Phoenix where it's been 105+ for the past two weeks straight.  It's nearing the end of June and we have only had a few days that have even reached 90 degrees.  Not to mention that but when it's in the high 80's as soon as the clouds go in front of the sun it instantly feels like 80.  Throw in a breeze and I could be out there all day.  In Phoenix when the wind blew in the summer it felt like someone poked a hole in a hot air balloon.
