Postgame ejections coming to MLB?

It's not unprecedented: Ejections: Jim Reynolds (2) [Russell Martin postgame ejection], though the time play surrounding this call may have led all parties to believe the bottom of the 9th was forthcoming.

So is there such a thing as a post game ejection in MLB?  If so does what the punishment?

 

I know in soccer you can get a post game red card, and the penalty is same as getting a red card during the game....miss the next game.  Happened to a kid on the team my son's soccer team was playing, he got a red card in the parking lot 15 minutes after the game was over...I heard he missed his next game.

No provision for post-game EJ's in MLB - but Aviles is still subject to disciplinary action, but based on recent history he probably gets nothing.
