JR's I knew it was not allowed to catch after 41 pitches but took inning to get rule book and prove to ump. Was wondering if allowed to re-enter and pitch as he went total 95 pitches and 19 behind plate ?

For LL:  Pitch limits for pitchers are pitches thrown. Pitches caught by the catcher don't mean a thing. In Jrs and above the pitcher can return if he didn't leave the lineup. Limits are age driven, not level driven.
