i went to watch seton hall vs st johns the other day...theres a parking deck right next to the the field at seton hall and foul balls sometimes go up to the top of the deck...after the first one went up i looked over and saw a seton hall player running up the steps  (through the windowed starcase) to retrieve the ball...big time baseball and still tracking down foul balls...just struck me as funny

A couple of seasons ago, in a varsity game, a foul ball landed on the platform of one of the light poles. One smart-alec player, in the best imitation of his coach's voice said "I need somebody on that ball...". I couldn't help but laugh.
