Cdp & casv?

Have any of you ever worked a week at either Cooperstown Dreams Park or Cooperstown All Star Village?

I'm curious about the experience, and might consider working one or the other maybe next year (2010 season), since it's only about a 2.5 hour drive away for me.

I'd like to hear about both places, pro's and cons of each to help me get a feel for which one I'd want to work. If anybody has worked both, your input would be awesome.

The other forum I regularly visit has a forum topic for CDP, and there's some good info, but most of what's posted there is more geared at matching umps with teams.

Anything and everything that you share is appreciated.

I haven't worked there yet but I have been asked to go this year for a local team.

Have been going to CDP since 2002 normally stay 2/3 weeks..love the games love most of our fellow umpires.. dorms on the other hand ..but the level 10-12 mixed (some great some poor) but all have fun is worth it..took a look at CASV and Baseball world. went to baseball world one year with a group of guys who all went to CDP. Love the facility hated the baseball.. will go to CDP again if can get a team...dont go with out one..
