I finished the test this morning and I wasn't happy. If you get a 75 or better, you can't retake it. I got a fricking 83,:censored::tantrum: I don't think I have ever gotten an 83. I still like the format but wish you had the option to retake it.

In Florida we have the same thing. 75 or above no retake open or closed book.

I'm working on my WA state test now... 2 T/F and 48 M/C, with up to 8 choices! this is my first year for FED so I have nothing to compare it to but it does have some rather challenging questions, I read and reread the rules and case book alot over the weekend. 1
