I think that the definition in 2.0 applies to everything in 7.10, but not to anything in 9.02.

I think that the definition in 2.0 applies to everything in 7.10, but not to anything in 9.02.

Correct, to differentiate a 7.10 appeal from, for instance, a 6.07 (batting out of turn/BOO) appeal. 9.02 should really use a word other than "appeal."
