I would like to take a moment to recognize why many of us will not be working tomorrow. However many of us will have the honor of umpiring baseball due to the sacrifices of many brave men and women.

I come from a family of veterans from WWII (Normandy), Vietnam, Gulf War1, and Afghanistan.

I am not a veteran, but I know enough to know that freedom is not free and that we live in the greatest country in the world because men and women volunteered to fight for freedom.

For that, I am forever indebted. Thank you. Really, Thank you.

Rest in Peace CPL Sean Osterman. All gave some, some gave all.
