How about getting to a game 10 minutes 'after' it started? I was at my alma mater hs watching a friends son pitch for the sophs when the the AD, knowing me from previous games this spring, asked if I could do the freshman game as the ump was a no show. I was on the field in 10 minutes, called 2 innings and the game was called for rain.
