Two minor Milestones

Last night was my debut back on the field after my achilles tear. I had a few quick stops that hurt but it made me think about all the geardown drills we always do in clinics. It went fine but definitely sore this morning.

Yesterday morning I attended my first pitching machine allstar tournament. My boss and brother both had teams in it. It was fune to watch but the fans are idiots. They used two umpires that for the most part did pretty well. The only real problem was a runner went to third, the PU picked the bat up and turned his back to the play. The BU didn't trail the play so you have a runner getting tagged with no covering umpire. A conference got him correctly called out but the fans were displeasd. The only other problem was a BOO that caught too late, they tried to pull a runner off the bases then put him back on the advice of the scorer.
