Fly ball to right with BU inside,is plate guys responsibility. If F9 is moving towards Center, than BU now has the catch/no catch. Sounds as if the plate umpire was not watching his responsibility and passed it on to his base umpire

Received My New plate shoes and wore them for a fall game yesterday. I have to say they are the most comfortable plate shoes I have ever worn. I was originally a little concerned with all the white on the shoes, but with my shin guards and properly hemmed plate pants, they are fine. I am extremely happy with the purchase:clap:

I am currently in Louisiana and may be making a move to Florida. I currently officiate baseball and football. I have been doing High School Baseball for 10 years and youth and adult leagues for 20 years. We are looking at the Vero Beach area. Does anyone know about the area and the baseball around there?

Did a game the other day where I was U1. Coach comes to me before the plate meeting and tells me that he is going to be on my butt today because his team has not been playing very well. He said that maybe if he got tossed it would fire them up.He chirped a little through out the game, but nothing to bad. BTW his team won 12-1 over the district leading team. Have any of you ever had a situation like this?
