Runners on 1st and 2nd base no out. Ground ball to second basemen who throws to 2nd for the first out. Runner running to 2nd stops in baseline.Umpire rules interference Calls for DP. Does the runner that started on second base stay at 3rd base or go back to 2nd.

Depends on the rule code and what the call was. If they called a Force Play Slide Rule violation runners return at time of pitch base. R2 back to 2B. If they called some other type of interference runners return time of the interference which  most likely would also be 2B.
