For those with an ESPN+ subscription, they have a separate stream called UmpCast which gives much more coverage from the plate umpire's camera, but also on body cameras on the base umpires (U1 only). The leadoff batter in B5 tried to bunt for a base hit. It goes to F3 which races him to the bag with the BR sliding head first. F3 lays a tag for the out. They showed the body cam on U1 which was pretty cool.

You can get the UmpCast live and on replay.

Edit: It looks like U1 is the only base umpire with a bodycam.
