Eventually, everybody will get on board with this and everyone will know everyone's tricks and gamesmanship but, you have to admire Scherzer's work here as he gets set while the batter is taking his timeout so, he can immediately deliver coming out of the timeout. The timing is not what we have come to expect from an at bat but, this is how the new rules are changing the game and the strategies.
