Question

Just want to make sure my interpretation is correct on this call.

LLBB (50 - 70) R3, 2 outs, 2 strikes on batter.

On the pitch R3 steals home, drop 3rd strike. R3 crosses HB before catcher throws BR out at 1B.

7.12 BR is out by force so no run scores.

Or is there another rule around dropped third strike or a rules interpretation that I am missing on a dropped third strike?

Your ruling is correct and there is no exception for an uncaught third strike but some will quibble with your use of 7.12 as the batter being put out at 1B is technically not a force out. You should use 4.09(a) Exceptions: (1).
