Nice used navy plate coat by Fechheimer.

I’m a 46R and this fits me perfectly without my CP on. For reference, I’m 5-11 228 and wear a 17.5 34/35 shirt. The sleeve length is perfect on me. I think if you’re a 44R or smaller this would most likely fit you.

I removed the 15 off the right sleeve with a seam ripper. It’s a lot less noticeable in real life.  I think after a dry cleaning it may be completely gone. The color is very dark with minimal fading.
