Did sideways pitcher, Rusin, indicate windup with R3 in B4? Did not see it on TV and the time frame appeared to me to be not enough for him to indicate and for the umps to relay to all that it was a windup. Not that I'm complaining, his two deliveries are different and recognizable but they went to great lengths to change the rule for Price.
