Bases empty.

B1 hits a ground ball to short, close play and the throw gets past F3. As BR1 goes past 1B, F4 runs after the ball that had gone past F3 and crashes into BR1.

Got anything?

If BR is turning to run to 2B and then gets hit by F4, yeah, I would have OBS. If he isn't hindered because he didn't intend to go to 2B, I wouldn't have OBS.

That's the right question to be asking. A "crash" by itself is nothing yet: we need to know whether the runner was hindered, and what happened next.

The BR could be hindered in advancing to 2B or returning to 1B by contact with F4. If it's a FED game, either way he'll get 2B for OBS. Otherwise, it matters where he's going.
