Hello guys....First time back in the Forums since last year...First Varsity game today in Bakersfield, Independence vs Liberty...Finally a game after lots of rain in California! Good Luck to everyone this season....

Welcome back! I took like a 3-year hiatus, glad to be back.

"Finally" a game, huh?  In many parts of the country, we don't start HS til near Spring Break  =)

How exciting though when you finally get that first one!  Plate, base, or DH because of the holiday?

And congrats on the ROY Umpire award in '12!
