This did not happen to me last night but was relayed to me by the umpire that it happened to.  I have worked with him several times and he's a solid umpire for the level that we work.  He had a 3B coach that caused a balk and then wanted the balk enforced.  They argued for a bit and then played some more.  Pitch or 2 later, 3B coach said something else and was tossed.  He got in the BU's face and he told him to leave the premises.  Before he did, he literally spit on the umpire.  Just crazy what daddy coaches will do.

Spitting on someone us actually a physical assault in many areas. It's a good way to end up in jail for a stupid ball game.
