MLB Coaches wearing helmets

Last night while I was at home because once again my games were rained out. Making it even worse my company was begging earlier in the day for employees to take their Skybox tickets (which come with all the FCAB you can drink ) to our local AAA team. But I didn't get my cancellation notice until the end of the day and they had given the tix away by then.

Any way I worked on the website, cruised around and watched my beloved Orioles play the Mariners and actually win. I noticed the O's coaches wearing helmets, but I didn't notice the Mariners coaches wearing them. With all the flap about the MiLB guys wearing them I didn't think I would see anybody in the majors wearing them.

The Braves guys wear them. I just figured everybody did. My game was rained out and so was the Braves game so I was kinda up the creek.

It was my understanding that it is a new rule in MLB that everyone must wear them. I know the Cardinals do...

I really don't think it is a rule listed in OBR, but instead a directive sent down from the commish.

Between working on building the website and building my ark, I'm sitting here watching the Yankees/ Rays game I notice the MLB coaches wearing helmets. I must have been wrong I thought it was going to be a MiLB trial for this year.
