Game of my life.

I just got home from calling the game of my life.  

 

10u, I know, I know, just hear me out.

 

They completed the entire 6 regulation innings in just under 1:40 in a 1:50 time limit. I was on the bases working with a umpire who was working his first game behind the plate. His strike zone was amazing and very consistent. It helps when the pitchers are throwing near perfect baseball for their age. I had several bangers on the bases but did well. Didn't hear a peep from the coaches throughout the entire game. Final score was 3-2 won in the bottom of the 6th on a error during a run down. All of this on my Opening day. I can't wait for the rest of the season.

Congrats.   It's a great feeling when the kids are "on" and you and your partner are "on".   I love those days.
