Is there a good website, anywhere, that shows all of the rule differences in the different rule sets. I am primarily concerned with the major rule sets (FED,NCAA,OBR) but would love to see something that has Babe Ruth, LL, Legion, NAIA, etc on there as well.

Wouldn't that be great??   Doesn't really exist, unfortunately.

The very best reference in the universe is the BRD:   Expensive and worth it.

Many guys will echo that the best way to learn the rules differences is to first learn the OBR (Pro) and then learn the differences.   This is exactly the approach that the J/R manual takes.  It teaches everything you need to know, and has footnotes and an easy reference appendix with all the differences.

Give these men your money, they have saved you years of headaches.

NAIA is college plus only 5 differences (I think).

I find the BRD good for looking things up but not good for learning the differences.  The best think I did was read the other rule books and make my own list of the top 25 or 30 items that mattered to me and then reviewed this list before my games.
