Anyone else see this? U1 had a big punchout on a 5-3 attempt where F3 scooped but didn't come up with the ball. He immediately reversed his call and signals safe. The play and ball were right in front of him. I think his timing was quick, but not horribly. Maybe just a brainfart? I was able to DVR the replay and had my son make a short clip for me. I cannot find it on MLB anywhere.

Brainfart and rushed the call. been there, done that before -__- i see this as one of those ringing a guy up on 2 strikes :$

Ya the timing was a bit quick. On low throws and scoops always take a second just to make sure F3 comes up with it.
