Getting hit on the top of the head by a deflected high pitch. Luckily it was a glancing blow and was LL majors level.

Still have a bit of a headache though.

The theory is your tourso should be fairly veritical which is why he said drop your butt. If it is too high it rolls your head and shoulders forward and will get you hit on top of the head with an unelevated ball. If your butt is right then roll your shoulders back and over your butt.
