What rule set is typicaly used for Babe Ruth/Cal Ripken leagues?

I'm trying to get on as an umpire with my local league, and it appears that Babe Ruth/Cal Ripken have their own test. I'm not sure I will bother with it this year. I'm hoping to get jobs based on my HS/Fed license.

Babe Ruth uses OBR but also publishes their own rule book which you can order on their site or if you register for the 100 question test they will send you a book.
