New "all LL" Forum

For anybody that might be interested, I've put together a forum that is specifically about umpiring in LL. UE, is my favorite place to discuss the broader world of umpiring, to learn how different rule sets treat different situations, but I also see a need for a place to limit discussion to the unique circumstances that surround LL. There are so many non-typical things that happen in every LL game, that it should be easy to fill a board with content in no time.

I'll warn you ahead of time, the site is just going live right now! There is no content yet, other than a couple little things I posted.
