Cal Ripken 9 yr. olds. Bottom 6, 2 out, bases loaded, score tied. Batter is HBP and awarded first. R1, thinking all he has to do is touch second, does so and begins to cut back across the field to celebrate with his team. He is tagged A) before R3 touches home and before BR has touched first, ;) after R3 touches home but before BR touches first. What's the call here and would it make a difference if it was A or B?

This did not happen, but was a "could have happened" situation I was in one night.

Carolinablue points out that the ball is dead in your situation.

Even if the ball were live (say on a base-on-balls instead of a HBP), the run would count and the game would be over. See 7.04(;) Play

In a case where the batter is awarded 1B, as long as R3 and BR touch their next base, then the game is over. The assumption is that R3 would have touched HP anyway b/c he was forced to touch it. Therefore, play continues until they have touched their next base.

If R3 or BR do not touch their next base, then the game continues and the offender is called out for abandonment.
