Definitely no good angle to tell. The commentator is an idiot. The only angle to tell would be a very close up look from the side. Inconclusive and Pierre didn't seem like he was tagged. Poor rundown mechanics anyway on F3 and that is the cause b/c he should have gotten rid of it sooner.
