Never received a shipping confirmation e-mail.

Still have not received "free ball bag," I had to e-mail 3 days later to find they are back ordered and will go out when they come in.

Update: 06/22/2009 - Still no completion of my order, no notification of when it will be completed.

Update: 07/13/2009 - Still no completion of my order, no notification of when it will be completed. (That makes about 60 days since order was placed.)

I've worn my gray shirt a few times that I got from OC, and it's cured me from ever wanting more from them. It's low quality, and too 'clingy'

I'm sticking with Honigs for now. When Jim comes out with more colors on his ultimate shirts, I'll give those a try as well. I'd try one now, but I already have 4 navies, and won't spend my money on the powder as everyone in my area is finally on board with the polo blue.

Update: 07/17/2009 - E-mailed Official's Choice shortly after last post, and still no reply back. I really don't see how a company can operate in this manner. It is one thing to have products that don't seem to meet expectations, but the service is horrendous.

Have you read any Playboy magazines to control your throwing problems?

No, but I have read Playboy to correct the following problems:

• Using the word "clicker."
  
• Calling a "Foul ball"
  
• Giving the foul tip signal on a ball that just hit the fence.
  
• Making the call at 2B from short RF after making the no-catch call.
  
• Balking the hidden ball trick, after a dead ball.
  
• Texting my wife, in the middle of an inning.
  
• Telling a coach that my partner got the call wrong.
  

There might be some more that have been fixed by reading Playboy, but that is all that I can think of for now. In general, I normally just read it for the articles. (But look at it for other things.)

Update: 07/23/2009 - Well I my e-mail worked. Sitting at home last night was the free ball bag, plus the additional ball bag I requested for the waiting. Not included any note/packing slip, or response e-mail apologizing for the long wait.

It only took 69 days, and 2 e-mails to complete my order. :agasp_:
