    Since imitation is the best form of flattery, I have bee thinking of imitating the mask that Jeff (@Thunderheads) posted on the equipment forum not far back. I got the same mask through his and @catcher recommendarions. Was one of the lucky ones to find a Sypder throat guard here in the US. Got the Team Wendy pads as well. And yes I know Jeff used specially made All Star pads What I am really wondering, is that I really like the look of the sun visor on it. But does it actually do any good or is it just for ascetics? I imagine here in the Pacific Northwest, the visor could help redirect some of the rain off the visor of my cap. But when/if it does get sunny, does the visor help with sun glare?
