How does one get information on umpiring at Cooperstown? Texas umpire with 37 years experience, call at the LLWS level as well as at the Texas State High School Championship. Have heard about CDP for sometime and interested in the details as to how one goes about being selected. It appears that the teams are required to bring their own umpires with them.
