DeMuth's Chest Protector ... Does anyone know the brand or type he was wearing? It appeared to be a Honigs K1 only with thicker sections???

I highly recommend the new "Davishins" available from GD or Between the Lines for anyone looking to replace or upgrade their shin protectors. I've had mine since June and am very pleased. They are lightweight with good wrap around protection and come with ankle and metatarsal protection. (all three removable and replacable ... attached with velcro) They stay in place and do not move or rotate as the previous model was very prone to do.

I did not intend to imply any cheating. My comment on the uniform was purely in jest! I also have little faith for the "Foxtrax" or whatever it's called. I was watching the game with sound off while reading etc... with my seven year old for the early portion of the game. My comments were based on seeing pitches called balls with one pitcher and comparable pitches called strikes with the other. I would respectfully disagree that there were two zones called last night. Hamels was given a larger zone than Kazmir top to bottom and side to side. I don't believe it was intentional. I believe it was probably based on reputation and possibly some unknown history between Kellog and each pitcher. I have no allegience or preference for either team.

Very rough night due to weather conditions etc ... but has it seemed to be two different strike zones for the game tonight? Kellog may as well have on a Phillies uniform!! All jokes aside, the zone for Hamels has been very wide but very tight for Kazmir. Some of you may say Hamels has earned the larger zone, but tonight has been ridiculous. The only really consistent zone for this series has been Culbreth's.

Guys, Thanks for the responses. Hopefully this protector has become part of his museum collection in favor of better protection.

Does anyone know the type or brand of protector he was wearing when his collarbone injury occured?
