Thanks for the reply. Batter to 1 which forces r1 to 2? Send r3 back. Am I interpreting you correctly?

Bases loaded, 1 out, wining run on 3rd. Grounder to F6. Before F6 can field the ball, r2 collides with F6. (knocks him down.) Umpire rules interference on r2 and calls him out. Then umpire awards home to r3, 2nd to r1 and 1st to batter. I think the ump got the first half of the call right but missed the penalty phase by a bit. Shouldn't r3 be returned to previous legally occupied?
