2B Umpire Dan Bellino ejected Pirates manager Don Kelly (field conditions/rain delay call) in the top of the 4th inning of the #Pirates-#Reds game. With one out and one on, Pirates batter Bryan Reynolds hit a single to score Jake Mangum before umpires delayed the game for the Cincinnati grounds crew to work on the field during rainy weather and wet field conditions. Replays indicate the field was wet because it was raining, the call was irrecusable. At the time of the ejection, the Reds were leading, 7-1. The Reds ultimately won the contest, 10-2.
